“As seasoned travelers over decades, both within Australia and OS, we had high expectations for this 2-night stay which were not met, given the price point. This was not a cheap stay, but we were happy to pay for a different 'experience'. Nice area but! The obvious things included unlike what was advertised about "Free Wi-Fi. Available in the cottage" it didn't exist. We didn't even have mobile reception unless we walked to the 'Telstra pole' (their written advice in room) at next property where...

“Outstanding property and environment, but unfortunately understaffed with poor communication. Could have been the best stay of our trip but spoiled by amazing lack of information. It felt like a cynical exercise in capitalism. ”

“Comfortable studio. Clean sheets and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Hosts not helpful with check in process for late arrival. Studio had an unusual, not pleasant smell when I arrived. Otherwise safe and friendly environment and right on Snug Beach.”
